Our general refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase for physical items. If 30 days have passed since your purchase of a physical item, we regret that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

2. Refund Policy for Courses

We are committed to providing high-quality courses that meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied with a course you’ve enrolled in, the following refund terms apply:

  • Eligibility: To qualify for a refund, you must submit your refund request within 5 days of your enrollment date.
  • Full Refund: If your request is approved, we will process a full refund, which will be returned to your original payment method.
  • Refund Processing Time: The refund will be completed within 30 days from the date of approval.

3. Eligibility for Returns of Physical Items

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Condition of Item: The item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain products are exempt from being returned, including:
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food items, flowers)
  • Newspapers, magazines, and similar publications
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Additional Non-Returnable Items:
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Specific health and personal care items

To complete a return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Note: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer; all returns must go through MedCrack Academy.

4. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, such as:

  • Books with clear signs of use
  • CDs, DVDs, video games, software, or vinyl records that have been opened
  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

5. Refunds Process

  1. Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few business days.

7. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

8. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at Contact@medcrack.com and send the item to our return address provided below.

9. Gifts

  • If an item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. Once the return is processed, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver shipped the item to themselves, the refund will be processed to the gift giver.
