Here’s a set of 15 TOACS stations tailored for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (OMFS) students:
1. History Taking Station

2. Clinical Examination

Task: Outline the immediate management of a patient with a suspected mandibular fracture.

5. Suturing Techniques
Task: Demonstrate suturing on a provided oral mucosal model.

Task: Describe infection control protocols for OMFS procedures in an outpatient setting.
Skills Assessed: Knowledge of asepsis, sterilization techniques, and patient safety.
7. Differential Diagnosis
Task: Provide a differential diagnosis for a patient with a non-healing ulcer on the tongue.
Skills Assessed: Diagnostic reasoning, logical approach to patient care.
8. Local Anesthesia Administration
Task: Demonstrate the technique of administering an inferior alveolar nerve block on a model.

9. Case Discussion
Task: Discuss the management of a patient with a cystic lesion in the maxilla.
