MedCrack Academy is designed for:

I’m not a medical student, can I still join?

Our courses are designed only for medical and dental students, graduates, and professionals. If you’re not from the medical field, we do not recommend subscribing.

How can I get access to MedCrack Academy courses?

You can create a free account to explore our platform. To access full lessons, quizzes, and premium study resources, you’ll need to purchase a paid subscription or enroll in specific courses.

Do you offer a free trial?

No. We don’t offer free trials, but we have a 3-day money-back guarantee if you feel the course isn’t helpful.

Can I purchase a single course?

Yes. Unlike most platforms, MedCrack Academy allows you to enroll in individual courses, or you can choose a membership plan for unlimited access.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, but only within 3 days of enrollment under our refund policy.

Is it possible to pause my subscription?

Currently, pausing a subscription is not supported. You can cancel and rejoin anytime.

Is MedCrack Academy a recurring subscription?

No. Subscriptions only renew if requested. Otherwise, your access will expire after the mentioned course period.

Do courses expire?

Yes. Access ends after the period mentioned at the time of purchase.

I was charged for renewal but I don’t want to continue. What should I do?

Content and learning

How are courses taught?

Courses are delivered through lessons, quizzes, handbooks, and study notes. Lessons are concise and exam-focused, with real past paper–style questions included:

How long will a course take to complete?

That depends on the course and your study pace. Each course is structured into modules and quizzes. You can progress at your own speed.

Do courses have exams at the end?

Yes. Each module has quizzes. To complete a course, you must finish all lessons and quizzes.

Can I retake a quiz if I fail?

Yes. Quizzes can be attempted multiple times for practice.

Can I download the content?

No. Content is online-only. But you can access it anytime while your subscription is active.

Do you cover all past papers?

Our quizzes are inspired by previous exam patterns, but not direct past papers. Explanations are based on reference textbooks.

Do you provide video lectures?

No. We focus on notes, quizzes, and practice content, not videos.

Do you have an app?

Not yet. Currently, courses are accessible only through our website.
